The APLxPERT Agricultural Register module electronically manages the agricultural records of a local administrative unit and its constituent localities, from household and property records to certificates, reports and data submission to the National Agricultural Register.

What the module does in practice

The features cover household and property records, use agreements, documents and the reporting required for the Agricultural Register.

Complete Household Records

Identification data, members, land, buildings, crops, animals and all other household sections are managed within the application.

Ownership and Use Rights

The application records owners, co-owners, ownership shares and land granted or received for use.

Complete Change History

All changes made to households, persons and properties are retained, together with the user and time of each operation.

Automatically Generated Certificates

Certificates can be generated in Word or PDF format, while authorised users can configure custom templates.

Centralised Reports and Statements

The application generates statutory reports, centralised tables and configurable statements.

Transfers Without Re-entering Data

Ownership and use rights are transferred through supporting documents, while retaining the history and automatically updating the affected households.

All Household Information Organised Consistently

Data is structured by sections and time periods in accordance with applicable legislation, while totals and summary information are calculated automatically.

Local Taxes and Fees

Data on land, buildings and persons can be made available to the tax module through web services.

Electronic Registry

Certificates automatically receive an outgoing registration number and can be linked to registered applications.

Citizen Portal

Authenticated citizens can view online the data of the households to which they belong.

Email

The department’s email inbox can be accessed directly from the application interface.

Electronic Signature Capture

The signature of the head of the household can be captured using a signature pad.
